Filtri str. multifunctional centre

The size of the building site on 18 Filtri street is about 11 hectars. The site is bordered with a railroad from the south and with the planned Lõunaväil highway from the north. This site is unique in Tallinn, because there are no other areas as big that are situated in between transit channels. Because of the location in between two transit highways, the two main transit junctions of Tallinn – the train station and the bus terminal - are planned on the site with this concept. The coupling of the two logistic junctions creates a sufficient synergy for the construction of a multifunctional center with an overall surface area of more than 350 000 m2. Apart from the bus and train stations, retail, catering and entertainment functions, a hotel and conference center, business and office areas and apartments are planned.
