Overlooking the flowing river of Nahr Beirut, remains a longitudinal plot hugging a rare calm street to be found in the heart of the hussle and bussle of Beirut. An imaginary collective body (municipality, developer ...) proposes to construct a residential complex for middle-income clientele. The aim is to attract a customer normally intended the refined neighborhood of Achrafieh, but that no longer afford the prices on the hill. This is to reflect on a new typology of urban habitat. It is therefore to build a hundred homes of different typologies: 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms and 1 bedroom that could be accessible to all social classes or young couples.
