In a neighbourhood undergoing a major revitalization, the dynamic mid-rise form of Abacus will be the first major residential development along Dundas Street West. Shaped by the principles of the City of Toronto’s Avenues and Mid-rise Guidelines, Abacus’ eight storeys step back and forward vertically and horizontally to provide additional pedestrian area at the ground while reflecting the diagonal direction of Dundas Street. Clad in rich dark grey fibre composite panels and grey brick, the building’s floor to ceiling windows and glass balustrades will provide residents with uninhibited views along Dundas and south to the city skyline.
