The guesthouse is embedded into the old tree population like a sculpture. The site development in form of a 33m long runway connects the garage with the building and traverses with its slightly ascending slope the hanging ground. On the eastern façade side walls and a generous canopy protect the wooden decks, which create additional living space within the cliffy surrounding and a marvellous view into the landscape. The cladding of the façade made of timber and ALUCOBOND® build an enthralling contrast. In addition the guest area acts as a break through the two-story, dark structure, which is set unobtrusively in the background. Architects: Noah Design
