IVV - Industria Vetraria Valdarnese - founded in 1952, is specialized in the production of furnishing accessories, table and kitchen accessories. IVV, one of the main and few remaining glassworks that still produce in Italy, seeks to combine research on the material, creativity and design with traditional craftsmanship, advanced production techniques and process control, drawing inspiration from the link with the Tuscan land, with its cultural heritage and traditions.
The company today, thanks to its artisanal skills and innovation, is present in over 70 countries and its products, standard and custom, are chosen by the main players in the retail sector, Ho.re.Ca. and B2B. Tradition projected into the contemporary, artisan knowledge translated into an industrial dimension.
The Made in Italy, for IVV, is a production philosophy, is the result of an organic process, in which the conception and the production are intimately connected, result of the history of the territory. A finished product that is synonymous with quality and a tradition that is renewed daily, using selected raw materials, in compliance with environmental safety standards and professional ethics, attention to detail, functionality, and style.
IVV, aimed at rediscovering the essence of its roots and celebrating its history, has created the Icone collection, a project that reissues and recovers a series of historical objects never published on the catalog, because products on order of a demanding customers that required unique pieces. So IVV thought to make of these products, of which there was only a few sketches and some photos, a permanent collection, welcoming year after year new products, each expression of an instant, a year, a period, a precise era, with its uses and customs.
