A two-story bar in the heart of Bergamo, to be realized in less than 90 days, by a well-known restaurateur who is eager to embrace the concept of a kitchen bar, still unfamiliar in this provincial Lombard town. Every detail has been meticulously planned to encourage people to meet, mingle, and enjoy themselves, thanks to the inviting ambiance and the top-notch yet affordable cuisine. The fundamental idea is to create a venue that is open all day and caters to a diverse clientele, serving breakfast, lunch, aperitifs, snacks, dinner, and pastries. The chefs and pastry chefs from La Brughiera Restaurant are brought out from the restaurant's kitchen and, with the advantage of a 15-meter equipped counter, they recreate classic dishes and innovative creations while engaging with the patrons. The space has been cleverly designed, with a reduced depth and an elongated shape that adapts to the available area. The empty space behind the counter mirrors the one in front, creating an illusion that the chef and the customer are sitting at the same table. The materials used are iron and wood, and the structure itself serves multiple functions, including lighting, support, and division. The ground floor is ideal for quick stops or lively gatherings, while upstairs, the venue transforms into a small and welcoming dining room with tables offering glimpses of the city, the pastry section, and the kitchen. A recurring element is the showcasing of the kitchen, its movements, aromas, and the talented individuals behind the culinary magic. The overall image is meticulously coordinated to establish a recognizable brand, from the waitstaff uniforms to the table settings, the daily printed menu, and the packaging for the artisanal products crafted in the pastry section.
